darood are too widespread to operate as one tribe, having northern/central darood unity and southern darood unity makes much more sense. anyway, when was the last time that "darood" were united? during the civil war?! well i guess it will take another major clan war to unite darood again, but who knows how long that unity will last.

that is kind of retarded notion, Mareexaan are just as significant in central Somalia as they are in Southern Somalia. Also both Leelkase and Dhullos have open and strong political and tribal relations with us. it does not matter if we dont share borders anymore which by the way is something new as a few decades ago we were neighbours, and still to this day we are from same region Mudug/Hawd.
