A Defining moment in Somali history
it is going to be a separator, if we have really come far or not. during this time new alliances are going to be formed, old ones broken, many disappointed, old faces will re-emerge or disappear, new faces will have the same fate. It will bring the old, new, diapora, islam, islaamo, and isimo all in one world capital to dash out the 2 decade conflict, configure 4.5 forumal into an administrative entity acceptal to all. All the maamuls from waadi and waax, ximan iyo xeeb, galdmudug, puntland, the 2 maamuls in hiiraan, all the to-be-but-not-yet maamuls, the ahlu sunna, and all interested parties will descend on whatever venue is agreed upon, and select that ONE leader that will make or break Somalia. This is when people should support Somalia, if everything goes well during this time, if power is transferred safely and professional, if the cabinet is as trim and neat as it is, and we have the same amount of talents and technocrats in office, then no one can be on the sidelines anymore. But if non of these things happen, or if Al Fataaniin are still fighting this bitter fight and still have life in them even at that time, then Somalia my friends will always be embroiled in a political impasse, and i wouldnt be surprised if Eydoria (somaliland minus SSC/Awdal) is recognized.
