They are playing clan politics. They are trying to empower the Ogaden/Darood hegemony. Most of the new degmos were for the interests of the Daroods. Only one Dir clan, one Isaaq clan recieved a new degmo. The Gadabursi are now in the process of making a new gobol, independent of the Somali regional government inshallah. I suggest the Isaaq do the same and resign from this fake maamul.

How?

Recently, in the last week, 15 new districts that were named. New districs were made even though their populations were lower than 10 000. There were areas where over population is exceeding in places like Awbare, Ayshaca, Shinile which are in more need. Villagers are suffering because of the problems the maamuls are causing. They have to travel to the distric capitals to get what they want and these idiots are naming unneeded districts. Basically it's a show of lesser priority overtaking much more needed priorities.

Yes, Awbare has to become a Gobol because it is overpopulated by far while Darood degmos are underpopulated. Awbare is more populated than many gobols in K5
