I know most of you were either young or not born in 1991-1996. lets share some worst cases that we have seen or heard that happen in somalia. One of the disturbing stories that I have heard is one that some friend told. He said boys used to go to the madhiban houses in mudug, pick the girl of their choice from the family and rape. No consequences at all. He said those boys did that while the girls father, brothers and mother were watching with tears. I know there are Millions of similar stories. let us share. it is part of acknowledgement for what happen. what you have seen or heard from a first hand witness.

I think the only way people can forget and reconcile is to acknowledge it and forgive each other. just downplaying it would not heal the wounds. south Africa dead that, so was hutus and Tutsis. Cali Samatar is not madhiban. He is tumaal. Maryan mursal and cabdi tahliil are from Mudug. actually, there are more Madhiban in South Somalia than most of the big qabils. It is just that they never live in one place. If all of them come together, they could be more than most big qabils.half qiyaamo is when Caydiid's forces captured gaalkacyo and started Cleansing Majeerteen from the town. I mean any majeerteen found be it sheikh, jiis, sick, old or young. Some were even thrown on a well called yamayska. It was very horiffic and graphic.

you foccking lier,, the Madhibans of Gaalkacyo are armed, whenever one of theirs got killed, they retaliate no matter which clan you belong to, in fact Gaalkacyo is the only place in somalia where Madhibans don't suffer grave abuse or injustice at the hands of other clans.
