can a person who consider sharicatul islam as a barbaric law be muslim or can he/she be considered to be a muslim or is that person to be considered a kafir or a murtad one who left the diin?

even though i know mockery of diin takes the person out of islam...but it is still heavy to call someone murtad...i blve as long as u aint a islamic judge or caalim u cant call someone kaafir

I see brother,,now a days I see allot of Somalis speaking badly of sharicatul islam and they are even using words as the kafirs would use to describe the shariica.
some even argue it is an arab culture,,well when ever you confront this people they will scream and tell your not allah and your not to judge any one..some will even go further and accuse you of being an arab lover/arab wanna be osama's cave body and many other thing's..well I dont know if they are doing this thing's out of ignorance or on purpose..but these some of our brothers and sisters from Somalia are heading to a ver wrong and dangerous path..

well brother I was hoping some of you learned brothers could tell me about this..but if we dont have any brother/sister who are knowledgeable enough to answer my question I will find a the culuma when I get the chance..you see I live this small city and its hard to find a learned brother/sister in the diin.

I have family members like this unfortunately. I just dont talk to them about things like this, lest they say things they might regret later. Al-shabaab in their short sightedness and the western media have ruined Shariica. Shariica is much more complext, complicated, diverse, and nuanced, than what is portrayed.
