lol - i was in London last summer and this Muslim Asian shop keeper was so mean to us as if we killed his mom. My UK friends still wanted to buy from him but I insisted we take our money to the next store, which we did. I always buy from ppl who appreciate my business, regardless of their rel, etc.

We shouldn't accept bad service. The gaalo have better service and they don't allow such behaviour if they are the clients.

But if they were like this to every customer then there business wouldnt exist after a while. Laakin they think they can treat fellow muslims bad and not anyone else.

I experienced it when on holiday and particularly among white tourists, they will go that extra mile for the white customer but they think it is ok to serve me a cold meal.

Somalis in general costumer service ayaa ku cusub, that explains why they act the way they do because they think umadooda don't know any where else to go. Alot of their businesses in the US slowly decreases because people are getting tired of their shit.

I had a muffler blownout from my car, just to find a part and put it back togather took almost 6 days from my local Somali auto shop. If I were to take to munroe and muffler, It probably would've taken less time, but its the fact that they over charge any where from 3 hundred to four hundred. Where as my people would do it half of what MM are offering. If they don't get their bad costumer service situated iyaga ayaa u tali cidna dhib kuma hayaan, when people really don't start showing up.

This must be a European thing because in the States, Muslim businesses always serve Muslims first and they even throw in discounts. I never go to Somali establishments, but Arab establishments always treat me like I'm the only customer they ever had.
