waxaan maqli jiray daaciga waxaa ugu kheyr badan midka xaqa u cadeeya 'xaakim faajir ah', indeed this small website have lived to the true meaning of independence by bringing to daylight the gross injustice that is done under the garment of the government. Something no other website can dare to write! it is not the first time raxanreeb has undertaken such a monumental task on behalf of the diaspora/population. Afterall as journalist they must have gone through the rigorous training to inform the public with the most updated and crucial news, not just headliners but also deep analytical and daring subjects/matters. they did the same when the editor of Horseedmedia was imprisoned by the xukuumad and visited his cell and reported on the injuries sustained by someone who had no power but a pen and audio recorder. this one had no such pleasures, but his crime was to voice his opinion over the air. it is amazing for them to report from the den of the lion without fear and have access to the garsoore and rich out to the families of the concerned shows a high level of integrity and journalism that we are rarely exposed to. it transcends qabilism, nas, eexasho, and danaysi. a proper and just journalism is the fourth branch of government and can be vital especially in times of this, and is i believe the catalyst for many of the progress reached by the West.

damu, yeah he is one of the sacked. I have no idea the reason behind it, but i think our news sources do us a great deserves by not holding those entrusted with power accountable, and metaphorically holding their feet to the fire. about this garsoorayaal, all we know is that they were sacked, but not why. I know presidents in the west have the authority to appoint judges and go through the rigorous vetting process mainly undertaken by the media and congress, but never taking that power away once appointed. i know puntland is not perfect, but we should strife for it vehemently and without reservation. anytime you see power concentrated, or its consolidation, in the hands of an individual or group, with no check and balances in place, it is a recipe of distater.

human life is precious, even if the sacking was unconstitutional or illegal, this man from this snippets seems to have dedicated his life to upholding the law and worked to make a difference by accepting such a position with all the training and specialization that comes with such a role. if nothing else, his dignity should have been uphold, and treated more than one not deserving of a pirate, let alone a positive contributing and productive member of society.

Why are the bloody police forces beating up prisoners? this is not the first time they have done this. They need to learn the common rules of "dowladnimo" it involves not going to town on the prisoners.
