Isn't he Marehan? My Hawaadle friend who came from Pakistan told me the Marehan ambassador in Pakistan helped them and helps Somalis very good. Sheikh Sharif named him as the secretary-general of the Somali foreign ministry while still being Somali ambassador to Pakistan (was for 25 years).

Btw that was the opening of the renovated Somali foreign ministry building
