around 5pm and sometimes 7am from hostel to the uni clinic is 3km and then i run back another 3km

yap bro one go i do it around 40 to 20 min...3 to 4 times a week it really depend on my mood..the best thing is the environment in the uni kind of helps i guess at 5pm everyone either is running or playing any other sports..ma uni is around 9km square
