Wallahi from everyone I know thats been there the Town is absolutely horrible. I mean being that they are the headquarters of the AU, IGAD, etc. and receive a lot of dignitaries they have decent areas but the town as a hole is a hellhole. Horrible sanitation, infested with stray dogs, beggars and prostitutes on every corner, unbelievable homeless population, etc. Overall the best East African cities are Nairiboi, Mombassa, Kampala

Too bad most Ethiopians are a bit unhygienic, which makes this city unattractive to visit..
