bareento do you know that Israel a mostly secular country with one of the largest agnostic/athiest populations in the world used the Ottoman Legal Code till 1980.
This was the first codification of shareeca and was done by ahmaed cevdat pasha in the 1850's...

While Egypt and Syria used secular legal codes that were based on colonial administrations that were very strict and anti freedom.
Their Enemy used the Ottoman legal code as the basis for its laws, and since this was based on shareeca, Isreal was a freer society.

There are many schools of theology in Somalia quite opposed to the women-stoning imbecility for which you stand. The Sufis war against the Wahhabis precisely because there is no monolithic Islam. If you peeked between the covers of a history book momentarily instead of fellating the head-hackers you might observe that Somalis have always welcomed the Christers and tolerated the construction of Cathedrals and churches because they respect freedom of conscience.

If anybody is going to be sent leaping into the arms of God uninvited, it will be the camel rapers of Shabab who want to obliterate Somali culture and impose a foreign Arab system that has no roots in Somali history.
