it is a harsh punishment but he ruined those kids lives when they grow up they will never be normal, have trust issues, depression, low self-esteem, maybe even suicide it happens alot in cases when adults were abused as kids or even they themselves might turn out as abusers so the fitnah he caused is very great. so the punishment must be also very big to match the crime

I fully understand that, however there is no grounds to cut his limbs first then kill him. Just kill him, or just cut his limbs. Doing both doesn't create anymore justice, rather its just barbaric and cruel

First of all I thought you said he is a teacher and abused his students, but it looks like he is grabbing random girls from shopping or hospital or other public places, and those girls are naive and dumb, to follow strangers to their cars, and go to his house, a man they never met, like his is gonna give them a candy and take them home.
