its NEWS for me if a country takes the environmental steps to reduce population. I seriously detest world over population. it is not natural yaqqee. In the 14th century--world population suddenly hiked exponentially, and what happens? God sends them the Black Plague, and it literally destroyed half of the worlds population. The disease started in China--and travelled all over to Europe. A single merchant yuhud spread the disease to the fair and gentle milk skin sophisicated Europeans. They dropped like flies.
