this news is so depressing

the news from somalia is heartbreaking. today i was planning to have fun but when i saw the pictures of severely malnourished and starving somali children, i became depressed and confused. the pictures of these children are unbearable, to say the least. i think it is fair to say the ultimate calamity of this earth has befallen to our people.

i have been trying to see if there's a way to support our suffering people but i couldn't find a single one. those of us in the west are ought to be doing far more to help our fellow somalis.

please lets do our best to help and if you know how to help, let me know. washington state is where i call home.

no. i don't have access to both channels. is there a hotline for collections?
