Drug testing for welfare, food stamp recipients?

I just love how ma comment disappeared.

I gotta agree on Samatr on this on,it is designed to target specific group of people.But on the same level,majority of whites who are on social assistance are those battling addictions in ma area anways.So that will definitely affect more of them here.I guess it depends on the region.

Wow you guys are really harsh on these people. I always assumed someone on food stamps = as desperate an existance as possible.

I'm not harsh on anyone, I'm for food stamps and welfare for certain people.
I think Black people in America deserve 400 years of welfare from the government, then the playing field will be level.
but welfare is debilitating also, it teaches people to rely on the gov't as opposed to working, grinding it out; children brought up in such an environment think it's normal for the gov't to put food on their table and the cycle continues; somalis are on this route also.
