I say let's try Reer Xamar. All the major clans tried and failed, so why not a minority even if it's once. Well, to be absolutely sure that Somalia's parliament is free of corruption, I'd make sure all people chosen is young and has just left the uni, that way, they will have no reason to corrupt Somalia and they will be striving to improve Somalia back to its Said Barre days.

For President, I pick Kasim Mohammed Ali.

Prime Minister, I'd choose myself.

Cabinet ministers, I'd pick out ALL young people that just left the Uni with degree with relevant profession, for example currently, Somalia's Minister of Religion is Sheikh Khalil Abdilahi Ahmed, and I'd replace that man with student that just left Uni with Religious studies or Islamic Studies degree.

Obviously, there's going to be testing and interviews to weed out weaklings.

Also, I'll create ONE law that makes clan/tribes irrelevant in politics, that means no voting based on one's clan/tribe.
