The somaliland Section is about to open in the next coming days a consulate in the puntland section as diplomatic relations Between our peoples has improved stay tuned for more development and further details on this issue.

Emperor you have over stepped your jurisdiction. This policy was conducted without the a consultation and approval from the relevant authority. In short it does not carry a reer Jamac waal stamp as such it's nil and void. :mrgreen:
