actually this is not how do it back home..if i recall it correctly, I remember as a young kid waking up so early in the morning just to witness the slaughter of a camel...I remember that they use to tie the camels legs..They would sit the camel down...Then they had this robe on his neck that they would use to turn his neck around and attach it to his side..Then the brave slaughter man would say the Bismilahi and then use his ABGAAL(usually the slaughter man was Abgaal) Tooreey(knife) to decapitate the camels neck....But I dont know what these Punjabis are doing..It looks Haraaam to me...
