Barak Obama Could've Pardon Troy Davis

Post by Knight of Wisdom »

There is anger over Barak Obama's silence in the Troy Davis case. He could've at least given a Presidential Pardon to Troy Davis, canceling his execution, and perhaps setting him free.

The president can only pardon someone if it was a federal crime. only the governor of georgia could have pardoned him in this case.
