Like couple of members already mention...pretending to know is the worst u can do. Don't act like you know...cause you don't!!!! Simple...just be there for them physically...and help with whatever they need help with. When my grandmother died, it hit my mother the hardest...so I did everything I could. I welcomed the guests, cleaned, prepared outside food for them...took care of the kids...just about everything and anything I could do to help my mother even though I was grieving myself as well...my brothers on the other hand, left the house and came back after three-four days later...two weeks later, she bought me a mini-book (a netbook) because she appreciated what I did.
All in all, try to help the person as much as you can without talking to them or bringing up that person....avoid things like that. Maskaxtooda waxyaaba kale ku maaweeli
