Those are not subclans they are villages, they're just trying to use discretion instead of mentioning clans.
Hunbays is Cali Saleban not sure about urjire although I think it's just another Cali Saleban tuulo too.
The conflict involves three sub-clans. The Ugar Saleban live in Rako, where they have a borehole. The Osman Mohamoud live in Dhudo, where there is a natural spring. In between the two, and caught in a conflict with both neighbours, live the Ali Saleban at Hunbays, who have no access to water.
Peace agreements have been struck in the past, but these never amounted to a genuine settlement as distrust remained too high to allow the communities to share resources.
In Dhudo, the peace talks culminated in a session in which elders, women, religious leaders and youth from the Osman Mohamoud gathered at their school and formally invited their neighbours to use the Dhudo spring water.
This large public ceremony helped bring the whole community on all sides together. The state of PL and police played the key roles of guarantors of security and peace.
