The Recovery of Somalia & the End of Yemen= Opportunities?

I think a strong new Somalia should exert itself upon all the islands off its coasts if it wants to secure itself completely, however there are many ways we can do this with being dragged into war. The colonials brilliantly contained the Somali nation through various ceding projects towards Ethiopia, Kenya and South Yemen, with the aim to have an independent Somalia fighting all of its neighbours all the time and little focus on social/economic progress, and we fell for their plans completely. We should completely ignore all claims for a greater Somalia, for the moment, and build up the core first, and thats the Somali Republic, and through this we will have enough economic and military clout to meddle in our neighbours state of affairs and disintergrate them without a single Somali troop on the ground, no international condemnation, but we must first achieve:

An economy worth atleast $200 billion and higher, diversified
A population of atleast 20 million people, highly educated
An independent military arms industry
Newly industrialised status, with biggest roadnetwork, railways, and ports in the region
Well trained Somali liberation armies in NFD and Ogaden that have no direct connection to the Military of Somalia( like we helped Eritrea fighters)

Only then can we succeed in our objectives.
