The only monarch in the dervishes was sultan nuur ahmed amaan and later his son sultan rooble sultaan nuur
They were the only one from a royal lineage in the short lived dervish state
And also saalihiya order was not really sufi they are catogorized under the sufi orders but they are not.
The Dervish Sufi state 1896 -1920, first Somali Monarchy?

Re: The Dervish Sufi state 1896 -1920, first Somali Monarchy
Ajuuraan was the earliest, then the Geledi dynasty rose up to replace Ajuuraan in the southern regions during the late 1600s, the Geledi survived into the early 1900s. In the 1840s, Sultan Nuur Cismaan consolidated control over his close sub-clan family, then his whole Cismaan Maxamud, and then over all the clans in northern Bari---effectively creating a state apparatus over this region; his offspring then extended their influence to Zanzibar by trade by the 1860s.
