Another real estate bubble ready to burst

Most common Ethiopians cannot buy these houses and few rich wealthy Diaspora and government officials buy them. The prices are ridiculous and inflated, numerous builders in Ethiopia are dodgy and a lot of people have been scammed with no chance of their money being returned.

This is the reality for most Ethiopians

So true.

BTW, this is all an illusion and the real state of ethiopia is one of abject poverty. They rely on aid and the vast majority are unemployed.

Dumb xabashis are even selling their farmlands to foreigners, just to make a quick buck.

And I thought somalis were always short-term thinking people.
