It is not about Ciise Muse or Ciidgale or any other clan for that matter. The government has a mandate to govern the nation and is willing to drive forward the vehicle of change.

For your informations, Gen Jamac M Qaalib asked for forgiveness in a written letter sent to the presidency, whilse the former mayor of Berbera Mr Cabdala has never written any officialy.
