100+ Jubbaland parliamentarians in Mogadishu support Kenya

Post by Voltage »

Over a 100 Jubbaland-allied parliamentarians in Mogadishu from Lower Jubba, Middle Jubba, and Gedo and allies hold press conference welcoming Kenya's entrance in Jubbaland saying their effort is not any different than what Uganda is doing in Mogadishu
Xildhibaanada Beelaha Daarood oo siweyn uso dhaweyay galitaanka Kenya ee gudaha Somalia

Xildhibaanada Beelaha Daarood ee Jubbooyinka ka soo jeeda ayaa waxay galabta shir xasaasi ah ay ku yeesheen magaaladda caasimadda ah ee Muqdisho, iyagoo uga hadlaayay arinta la-xiriirta Ciidamadda Dowladda Kenya ee gudaha u soo gallay dalka Soomaaliya.

In ka badan boqol Xildhibaano oo ku abtirsada Beelaha Daarood, kana soo jeeda Gobolada Jubbada Hoose, Jubbada Dhexe “Jubbooyinka” iyo Gedo, ayaa waxay si weyn uga soo horjeesteen hadalka Madaxweynaha Dowladda Soomaaliya, waxayna ku taageereyn Ciidamadda Dowladda Kenya ee gudaha u soo gallay dalka Soomaaliya.

Shirkaan oo mid xasaasi ahaa markii la-soo afjaray, ayaa waxaa warbaahinta shir jaraa’id u qabtay Xildhibaan Cabdi Risaaq Maxamed Jurille oo ka mid ah Xildhibaanada Beelaha Daarood, ee maanta taageeray soo gellitaanka Ciidamadda Dowladda Kenya ee dalka Soomaaliya.

“Halkaan waxaa iskugu yimid Xildhibaanada ka soo jeeda Beesha Daarood, waxaa looga hadlay Ciidamadda Dowladda Kenya ee gudaha soo gallay, waxayna Xildhibaanada ay taageereyn Ciidamadda Dowladda Kenya” ayuu yiri Xildhibaan Cabdi Risaaq Maxamed Jurille.

Xildhibaan Jurrile ayaa wuxuu sheegay in tani ay fursad u siin doonto shacabka Somaliyeed inay hellaan nabad iyo kala dambeen, ayna meesha ka saari kareyso Xoogaga Shabaab, oo uu sheegay inay dhibaatooyin baahsan ku hayaan shacabka Soomaaliyeed.

“Soo gelitaanka Ciidamadda Dowladda Kenya waxay naga caawin doontaa in Shabaab meesha laga saaro, oo aynu helno nabad iyo wanaag, waxaana rajeynayaa in shacabku ay nabaddu helli doonaan”

In Al Shabaab laga saaro Gobolada ay gacanta ku heyso iyo dalka Somaliya oo dhan.
In cid walba oo Soomaaliya gacan ka siineysa in Al Shabaab la-burburiyo ay soo dhaweynayaan.

In Dowladaha isku xil saaray xasilinta nabad ku soo dabaalida dalka iyo burburinta Al Shabaab ay soo dhaweynayaan.

In Dowladaha Kenya, Burundi iyo Uganda ay u jeedinayaan mahad-celin balaaran, maadaama ay sheegeen inay u istaageen nabad ku soo dabaalida dalka Soomaaliya.

Roving, Ethiopia has entered Hiiraan and is on Beled-Weyne's outskirts right now. How come neither you or Sharif have condemned them?

You are my brother and friend but you are so naive in politics waryaa. At least watch this from the sidelines bro. I fully well understand you are coming at this from grandiose and idealistic sense of nationalism (which nowadays is only a luxury provided to guilt-ridden Somali Westerners) but I am telling you they are misplaced. There are nuances to this story that will make you think a bit.

The recent events are a definite game changer for Jubbaland and Somalia. It scares a lot of people who think they will see a second Puntland in Somalia.

Voltage what I don't get is how will these different groups in the region come to an agreement once Kenya captures the region? Barre Hiirale has been fighting for a long time so has Axmed Madobe, plus ogaden Azania and MR, do these groups have a plan B? What will happen once Kenya leaves?

There is no plan B so its gonna be interesting. The thing is this time I'm not sure the dhalanyaro are popular enough to really rally Somalis again like they did in 2007.

There is a contingency plan in the works between the major stakeholders. Everyone including the Kenyans are now understanding "Azania" is a liability and the Ogaden and Marehan are hinting they are ready for the first real deliberations and negotiations to form the state. Everyone has learned from the civil war and they all know, what didn't bear fruit before isn't going to bear fruit tomorrow (clan armed movements).

Murax-

Murax you are right about Shabab. Before "dhalinyarada" had a clean slate, a forming reputation as the men who took on the warlords, and really an opportunity for first impression. Also they were facing Ethiopia which brings much emotions from Somalis. The situation is completely different today, both the power they are facing and the dynamics surrounding their movement. They are over.

This topic would have been interesting if they actually represented the people from those regions. I dont recall anybody voting them in. This just shows how chaotic your government is.

Hiiraan can not be compared to Kismayo-The Jerusalem of Somalia. Besides, they are there for logistical reasons. They have done so before on numerous occasions. They have a contract to equip & supply the Somali Forces in Hiiraan.

The Azania thing has been dumped by the Kenyans as a confidence building measure to President Sh Sharif. They will now stick to the original plan which is to cripple Al Shabab while aiding the Somali Forces in the region the cover to move into Kismayo. By principle, they also share the TFG's stance that those Somali Forces should be absorbed officially under the TFG Command. This is a slap in the face on Ghandi's rant earlier that " the Kenya trained troops are clan militias.... Sharif should get his own army"

Both the President & the Defence Minister are due very soon in Kenya ( as soon as next week) to formally lay down the rules of engagement. But I suspect, President Sh Sharif will give more details this week to the media.
