Like I said, I have a bias against Waqooyi which I freely admit. A lot of Waqooyi speakers sound like slang to me, not "refined" and after a couple "maxay hayde", you start looking at the speech as very provincial.

As for your "opinion", I realize it is which you are free too make hence my "ok". His speeches are out there and you can judge for yourself. No need for third person to tell you what to think.

Convince me niinyo. The only one i can think of is when Sool was created and another where he's speaking italian saying something like 'hand power back over to me' and one where he discusses the Soviet Union in the horn. Nothing really great.

Sheikh sharifs speaks very well and can articulate very well he does not come over as a bad speaker at all he is on the top list he does not have an Abgaal accent well atleast not when he speaking in public i can't tell when he is with Tolka.

Daahir rayaale was an awful Speaker he hardly spoke and when he spoke Sicid sulub wrote it down for him

Siilaanyo is a normal speaker and speaks very well he sometimes comes over as very calm and his tone op voice is good two

Siyad bare with his reer mudug accent was an excellent speaker people could listen to him for hours sounded like a real statesmen

As much as i like ismacil Cumar geele and think he is the best president his Af Somalis is not what we want to hear.

As for cabdilahi Yusuf he could speak very well with his deep voice and his Somali was perfect but the problem is he never sounded like a president he always throws in some jokes even with bbc reporters not so professional

Voltage is right about the mudug accent even Siad barre resembled it in his speech eventhough he wasnt from there. Voltage, i've listened to both AY and MSB and i can say with authority that AY and MSB are cut from the same tree. It's not only on how you give speeches but also how your relationship is with the press therefor AY has a slightly advantage because he use to give press conferences on regular basis and answered some very hard questions. He's also a bit funnier lol

Shariif is a disaster for me, i've something against people using dialect from time to time when speaking to a broader public. Shariif unuka iyo waan sameehaa baa ka yeero

Riyaale didn't need anyone to write for him, his speeches were excellent, very diplomatic and smart comments and answers( unlike siilanyos stupid comments).. but his method of delivering was what i dislike,, it was not inspirational or revolutionary (xamaasad malahayn) it was boring and makes u want to sleep soon after.

and late aun siyaad barre in hes younger kacaanka days in 1970s was also very good speaker
