In Somalia Where ever there are large number of Ethiopian presence be it Oromo or habasha the HIV is rampant.
Many Somalis don’t even know that they have the disease, one of the Mogadishu doctors on BBC said “there were people coming to the hospitals to donate blood for their wounded relatives and we found out few months later the same people died AIDS”

He also said “we don’t have much choice during the rush time where there are hundreds of wounded people need urgent blood, there is no ready blood in the bank to use and no enough time to test the blood of the new donors, so doctors take the chance of saving life right now than the risky of that blood may be HIV positive” very sad indeed
