Honestly, if separation prevents bloodshed, I'm all for it. It's clear that at the moment, it gives each region relative stability but I think in the long run the benefits are outweighed by the negatives (loss of resources, problems with self-sufficiency, lack of real sovereignty etc). But like I said, anything is better than people shooting each other. Good luck to everybody
