I don't know if you have been told this but Ciise people in Djibouti were brought into the country by the french. When the colonizers first set foot in Djibouti the people they met there were Afars, Gadabuursi/Samaroon and Isaq. NO CISSE at all.

Your people were brough in in 1929..
