Well since the first people in Djibouti were the Afar, Samaron and Isaq i guess that's where they hail from.

Every Somali hail from a clan which in turn hail from certain place. To claim a place for tribal reason is insane and backward. That's not to say that one should deny where his roots lies but for one to think that he has more right in certain place because of clan affiliation is as wrong as abusing someone because they are a minority. This is the case for most Somalis but i still say its focked-up!
