He is the personification of the model Somali: patriotic, honest, articulate, intelligent, scrupulous, etc. What more can ask of a mayor of Mogadishu after all it's been through. Walaahi, if only 15% of Somalis were like Tarzan Somalia would be an example for the rest of Africa.
