I think everyone is familiar with this port project in hobyo, do you think it will actually happen? provide your reasons why or why not it will happen.

BTW does anyone have any stats for the ceel macan port. I think this port is just as fast and making just as much money as Bossaso port its buzzing with activity and its got 4000 workers.
