Salafees are believed to take the most evidence from the qur'an and sunnah - salafiyyah is not a sect, its following the qur'an And sunnah the way the companions and their followers and their followers followd it as - the prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم Said that the best of his followers are the first three generation - salafiyyah is holding onto the haqq no matter where and keeping it pure

The Quran encourages Muslims to follow the Prophet (pbuh) as the best example to mankind. The others (salafi/wahabi) may or may not have been good people who did good or bad things, but none of them are an equal example to the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and you can find all you need to know to live as a good Muslim from Quran and if you really need more information, there is the sunnah
