This morning was very nervy, until I heard the news about Scholes, instantly my passion and desire came back for the game. Tears were shed when I heard my favourite player of all time was going to make a come back.

Past it you say:
After coming on after 60 mins, Paul Scholes made 71 passes (97% complete), more than any Man City player in the entire game.

...........and then he gave the ball away for Kun to score.

Why don't rednose just go out and buy a proper midfielder instead of bringing back an old senile 38 year old out of retirement.

Next Chelsea will bring back Zola to sort out their problems lolololol

Walahi I genuinely think Scholes is better than any midfielder united have been linked with, regardless of age.

His stats today were lampard or Ramsey on an outstanding day, but nothing special for a man who does this in his slumber.

I've always said scholes retired too early, his style of play could of meant he would play for another 3 seasons.

There should be a new rule on this forum:

'If there are teams in a higher position according to the League table than your favourite Premier League team, you can't criticize those teams in a higher position or act all out of character towards their supporters on this forum'.

1_londoner wrote:LOL! How desperate are Utd? Out of all the games to make his "comeback"....FA cup tie against City? No doubt Utd midfield is absolutely awful and they definetly need someone, but they cant expect the ginger winger, who is way past it, to come in and transform the whole midfield do they?

Anyway, well see. Derby at 1, I dont expect this game to be another mauling but a tight one this time.
Desperate? didn't you just sign a 34 years old statue a week ago? the hypocrisy with gooners never seem to end.
