HR for RIM for placement I was with marketing not too long ago but demanded to be switched to another team; too much work. I found one white lady was talking shit about me one day so I got rid of her Christmas bonus. She started yelling after New Years why she didn't get her bonus when everyone did and I said "your not entitled to one, your performance was lacking. Feel free to discuss this with the HR manager. He can't see you for a while though". Her $800 bonus gone and after 30 days, you aren't entitled to get it. I purposedly made sure she didn't see him til February.
She aint getting shit. That's what happens when you talk shit about me. She complaining about her Christmas debt hoyodaa waas you nasty adaan.
