The poverty inside that Dakar, Senegal is on par with the hunger and starvation in Qorilugud.

Those tall and beautiful buildings are hiding rampant poverty and disease.

actually rurlam man is right every african city looks like that and there are just slums no one wants you to see

Exactly. Those tall building mean nothing. Hargeisa has a much better standard of living than Dakar.
