The guy said he was behind the funding for Jama Ali Jama opposition against Abdualllhi Yusuf's during his Prime Ministership of the TNG during 2001. Something A/Y accused him and other TNG leaders of doing in 2001 and Cali Khlaiif Galayr and many other have numerously denied before. He said he disagreed with A/Y on a political level, indirectly regarded funding Jama Ali Jama and causing a political turmoil in Puntland. And indirectly asked Abduallhi Yusuf for Forgiveness as he says mistakes happen and leaders should learn from it and repent.

And how did Abdullahi Yusuf cause the political turmoil in Puntland in 2001? Jama Ali Jama was funded Millions of dollars to buy up parliamentary votes. And if that didn't work to battle it out with A/Y for political power in Puntland. He did buy up the parliamentary votes with the money and A/Y accused him of fraudulent treason and refused to accept his Presidency. That's how the war broke out in 2001, and here we have Cali Khlaiif Galayr admitting to Funding Jama Ali Jama which was the root cause of the whole problem.
