And I got to thinking, maybe he's right. Maybe what other Somalis mistake as greed, is simply ambition. He later went on to repeat the same things I've said in the past, like how Somalia would look like Tunisia if MJs were left alone to rule the whole country, but the last point he made was that Majerteen are the only Somalis who believe that Somali people deserve to be prosperous and that they can be prosperous; he stated that the rest of the Somali people are defeatists and lack the self-esteem to want better as well as the confidence to try to be better - that's why MJs are always the first to try anything, even if it looks impossible.
Maybe he has a point; whenever MJs try their hands at something, every other Somali party throws up their arms in defeat and states why the action is not possible, and slowly they begin to be proven wrong - its one of those things that never changes.
