Mondey,

The exact question of what constitutes a state is still unclear. Is it two entire provinces or a slice of several provinces.

Abdallah,

Galmudug is going to stick around and is legit. Sorry for screwing it for PL by insisting for the 4.5 formula for the lower parliament  We got a lot of praise for being mindful of the rights of the 90% of Somalis.

For the first time, Hawiye beat you in international siyaaso.

^ :D PL was ganged up by the two sharifs, ASWJ and Galmudug who were all pro 4.5 while PL was anti 4.5, so it was four against one. I've said it many times, 4.5 gives Hawiye undeserved power

But you guys still don't fulfill the requirements

If things go as planned pland will be defacto winner. We'll have 18 provinces no matter how u slice them (different regional administration) plan will have the largest continues land while so many clans will fight over galguduud.

Awahab, moss Hg politicians will have to come from partial mudug and partial galgudud.

But the number of barliamentarians to federal government will depend on population proportions of regional administrations. Some Mamul Gobaleed would contribute more than three times to federal government and parliament than other regional admistrations

Warya,

It will be parts of Hiiraan, Galgaduud, and Mudug. For PL, Nugaal, Baari, and parts of Mudug. I still am amazed Galmudug did not argue forcefully about the portion of Galgaduud province it controls which would satisfy the two province rule.

Now the wild cards are for PL, are what about the emergence of other states within PL": KHatumo, Ras Caseyr, West Puntland etc.
