But the number of barliamentarians to federal government will depend on population proportions of regional administrations. Some Mamul Gobaleed would contribute more than three times to federal government and parliament than other regional admistrations

It will be parts of Hiiraan, Galgaduud, and Mudug. For PL, Nugaal, Baari, and parts of Mudug. I still am amazed Galmudug did not argue forcefully about the portion of Galgaduud province it controls which would satisfy the two province rule.

Now the wild cards are for PL, are what about the emergence of other states within PL": KHatumo, Ras Caseyr, West Puntland etc.
