Get Vonage phone services, you can transfer your calls to them and make it their number. I stay calling kenya and most of Europe on a daily, never cuts off or anything definitely worth a try

Well you buy credit with your credit card in order to make phone calls. However, if you are in Canada or the United States, you can call either two countries for free (I think Hawaii is the only exception but I could be wrong). But if you want to call these two countries when you are not in either one of them, it'll cost you 1 cent a minute (still a great deal). You only pay if you want to call internationally. Domestic calling is free
