Biyo la’aan xooggan ayaa laga soo sheegayaa magaala xeebeedka Xaafuun ee gobolka Karkaar iyo deegaanada hoos taga oo mudo 5sano ku dhow aysan wax roobab ahi ku di’in.

Duqa degmada Xaafuun Maxamed Yuusuf Garow (Booli-wade) oo Horseed Media lasoo xiriiray ayaa ka warbixiyey xaaladda biyo la’aanta ah ee degmada Xaafuun ka jirta.

Wuxuuna sheegay inay tahay mid aad u daran taas oo halis xoogan ku haysa nolosha dadka, maadaama ay xiligan adkaatay sidii loo heli lahaa biyo la cabo, inta badan ceelashii laga dhaansan jireyna ay gureen.

Duqa Xaafuun ayaa mar ay Horseed Media weydiisey goobaha ugu daran ee ay biyo la’aantu saameysey wuxuu sheegay inay kamid yihiin deegaanada kala ah:

Laamiya.
Fundhuc dille.
Baar-madoobe.
Barbaarre.
Iyo degmada Xaafuun.

Maxamed Yuusuf Garow (Booli-wade)ayaa ugu danbeyntii ugu baaqay dowladda, hay’adaha deeqda bixiya, iyo dhamaan bulshoweynta Puntland inay gacan ka geystaan sidii gurmad dhanka biyaha ah loola soo gaari lahaa degmada Xaafuun iyo tuulooyinka hoos taga.

Biyo la’aanta ka jirta degmada Xaafuun oo ku taal badweynta India ayaa ah mid daran, waxaana qalalay inta badan ceelashii hoos u qodka ahaa ee ay daku ka cabi jireen kadib markii ay halkaas abaar aad u daba dheeraatay ku habsatey.

PL GOVT CAN FEED AND BUILD HOUSES FOR HATEFUL SOUTHIES, BUT IGNORE THEIR PEOPLE IN THE ISOLATED HAFUN PENINSULA. SEVEN YEARS LATER, HAFUNITES STILL FEEL THE EFFECTS OF THE DEVASTATING TSUNAMI.

That's not PL Gov's fault, blame the retarded NGOs, they're putting IDPs as a priority along with kids and women because they're supposedly the most vulnerable, thus creating a situation where thousands of poor families on the coast are neglected.

THAT MAKES SENSE. STILL, IT'S PUNTLAND GOVT'S (NOT THE NGOS) JOB TO BRING DEVELOPMENT INTO THE NEGLECTED COASTAL TOWNS. WHY DO YOU THINK PIRACY SO RAMPANT IN THOSE TOWNS YEARS AGO?
THERE IS SO MUCH POTENTIAL IN THESE COASTAL TOWNS. HAFUN PENINSULA IS PROBABLY THE MOST STRATEGIC REGION IN THE HORN. IT ALSO HAS BILLIONS OF BARRELS OF OIL. WHAT IS WRONG WITH PUNTLAND?

It is not the Puntland gov's job to fed it's people and instead ngo's? Doesn't make sense. There is nothing that we can blame on the government right? If Farole cared he could make the rule and tell the oil companies that they will have to drill water wells in other parts of Puntland if they want to explore for oil. Man, if he cared he would visit these areas.

It is good people are finally admitting the neglect that is taking place in many area's because its not only in Hafun. Now we will hold our government and leader accountable.

this is un-acceptable, my brother is one of the heads of HAAN , which is a water well drilling program, I will batter him about this for the next week, wallahi I am disappointed in PL government xafuun has the potential to become one of the biggest tourist attraction destination in somali. PL government and faroole need to retract their heads from their asses and rebuild xafoon. inshaallah we must all play our parts in raising awareness about our brethren in xafoon.
