I think they're going to do the same with Djibouti , I have read somewhere a while back that pres Guelleh was/is going to import electricity from Ethiopia as well .

they have already done it with Djibouti last year as it says in the article. Cheap electricity is expected to accelerate industrialization that has already started in Somaliland
