Qaldaans are funny. Now sit the fuck down and let the grown men talk.

Ophir has been in Khatland since 2003 and no rig yet. Range has been in PL since 2005 and a rig is already up. If it wasn't for the clan feuds the rig in PL would've been up by 2006, but what is Khatland's excuse?

Stop dreaming. PL will get all the oil from Eyl and Bargaal in the Indian Ocean all the way to Berbera, all you need is control of one territory and you can suck the whole basin dry like what Kenya is about to do to the Jubbas and Gedo.

First come, first served, keep barking bitches.

Oil hasn't even been found in Puntland yet after all those weeks of non stop hype in this month and last month. Poor fuckers i actually feel sorry for them, especially after the death of their hero recently(AUN).Lets hope oil is found in Puntland soon, then you can talk about whether to suck out the oil in Nugaal block-Sool let alone far away areas. Besides you can't compare yourself with Kenya. Puntland is a fragile entity that can easily be invaded and destroyed if any side finds out they are trying to suck out their oil.

Ku daayo Puntland!

Puntland was the first since 1991 to go after oil exploration yet most Somalis apposed the idea. Now, since recently every region is claiming to have large oil and gas reservoirs. As if. Puntland was the first State to support federalism, now there are trillions of imaginary states being announced daily who also support the idea of Federalism. Puntland named Galkacyo airport after the late president, now people want to name airports after her tribal warlords.

Imitation is the best form of flattery. Kudaayo Puntland.

Why are these pirates so deranged and angry at the mere mention of Somaliland's resources or progress?
Don't they realise the whole of pl is a cheap imitation/pirated version of Somaliland from politics down to the name and the flag?

And that without Somaliland setting the trend of self-sufficiency and independence for Somalis in politics, civil institutions, economy etc they would never have been inspired to not wait for hand-outs from their central government and to get their act together? Often what happens in Somaliland is news in pl, not the other way round, just to put things in perspective.Nor is positive news from other Somali-inhabited regions a negative thing...

...competition is healthy, envying isn't<<this should be their new lesson

 Surprisinly, because usually its the drier more arid lands where oil deposits are found, but Tog wajaale has lush agricultural/arable lands .Plus I heard there were gold deposits in the w.galbeed region :D

^^^nice points there saraxanow. btw where is that picture? looks really nice.

FYI both airports in Muqdisho and Hargeisa were named after heroic figures(Cade and Cigal) respectively and were named before Galkaio was named AY airport. Just thought I reminded the pirate chick about that known fact and simple fact. :P
