If You've watched Lost, You're not too big on palm trees.

Florida which I was at not too long ago should be ideal. Miles, miles of beach with Hotels/resorts lining up the entire shore.

I've noticed this too.. Palm trees add to the beauty of beaches IMO.
Its fixable though.. They can always start planting them..

Palm trees on the coast are overrated. I personally dont know the environmental impact they might have, but Somali cities are now teeming with all sorts of palm trees & I don't think spreading it to coast is a good idea.
