Afarta iyo Adeerkood (decoding)

Post by Eaglehawk »

4tha Absame iyo Adeerkood
4tha Habar Gidir iyo Adeerkood
Xawaadle 4 Cabdale iyo Adeerkood Samafale
4ta Habar Awal iyo Adeerkood Makaahil,
4tha amaanreer iyo adeerkood hassan
I was looking at this ancient Egypt picture, I know there is a connection but I have not figured out yet
But the whole 4tha iyo adeerkood concept has deep meaning,
Does anybody have more info on that?

thnx
You see jalaaludin I have been studying lately the traditions of greater east Africa and am starting to think we are not what we say we are.

There is a entire rational knowledge behind the concept we call "daqan"
The basis for our daqan is xeer and our xeer is the basis for our clan make up(tol wadaag iyo oodwadaag=xeer wadaag)
That reminded me before the renaissance the people of rome used to look at the Coliseum and other ancient roman structures and where ignorant about those structures origin, because they forgot who build them and how it was build. I have the feeling we somalis forgot allot but the clues are in our "daqan"

Same here.

The colonialists would attribute every artifact or ruin to Oromos because the Somali people at the time would claim "gaalaa baa dhisay", and they would assume the Somalis meant Galla as in Oromo. I hope that continued archaeological research will help us get a better picture of our vast and rich pre-Islamic history.
