The one with the ear piece and sunglasses standing to the right is Isaaq he is defense minister, the other guy standing to the left is Ogaden. the bodyguard I think is the guy standing behind Gaas, he dropped to the ground and took cover immediately whiles the two ministers were running. Gaas is the only guy facing the blast and seeing what is going on, just like a real leader would. Geesi.

In the end, I wouldn't blame the bodyguards...I mean, it's easy to detect someone pulling a gun, but suicide bombings that's different...running is the only solution.
