Legal or Illegal?

Those who live in the sates i would like your help in figuring whether bandit signs are illegal or not.


I am trying to promote a home based business using bandit signs.



I am thinking of purchasing few like this and placing them at bussy intersection where the traffic is heavy.

I am worried that i might get fined for i am unsure of their legality.
If you have any information that could help me i would appreciate it.

I believe it's illegal in sometimes and others, it depends where you put 'em. do a little research on your state.

haven't done any searches on this, but generally it depends whether the property is private or not. if its private just like campaign signs you can negotiate on one-one basis, and if its not, you can call your city and find out. dont get a fine that eats up your profit from promoting this biz

I've called the city but the individual i've talked to couldn't give me a clear answer.

btw, the signs would be placed near intersections and not on private property.
