I don’t believe all the people in Xamar want to live Xaaraam houses, they have seen enough punishment form god, there are those who are willing to buy from you, The only people who did not got their property back this long are those don’t want to be associated with xamar anymore like people from Somaliland and Puntland. I was actually involved in one of those { as an observer }. It was about my aunt , a jaberti , whose property has been taken by individuals of my subclan.
