I wonder if East Africans have special genes which give them an advantage in long distance running. They always seem to end up winning these things.

Yup Mo Farah is doing it big I see articles and interviews about him on the Sun, daily mail, BBC. He's on all the sports magazines, he's the big time and the favourite its for him to lose now insha'Allah kayr he can do it.
